Rules

All paces welcome. No "that's not real running" gatekeeping — first warning, then removal.
Training posts should say what you did, not just "ran today". Distance, effort, how it felt.
Race reports — tell the story, not just the splits. What went wrong, what you'd do again.
Injury talk is allowed and encouraged, but not medical advice. "See a physio" is a valid answer.
No calorie or weight-loss shaming. This is about running, not body optics.
Gear takes are fine. Religious wars about carbon plates are not — bring data.
Plug your own race or charity run once, not weekly.
Tag your terrain: road, trail, track, ultra, marathon, 5k, treadmill.
Be kind to beginners. Everyone was one.
